Leadership Moment x)

 Three days went by fast!  I had a terrific time at the leadership retreat, it created many memories for me...  Still more to come.  Anyways, I had this one moment that I will remember forever∞. " It all started one afternoon, some of the leadership kids were playing Hide 'n' Seek.  DDD Daisy was it.  Plankton didn't know where to hide so she decided to hide by Mr. Ing's van.  After Daisy (Do a Dollop!) was done counting, she looked around the field first.  Then she found Khrizz and Korey behind the plants.  Plankton was all happy and was thinking in her head "she will never find me ;3" .  Something happened.  Something hysterically funny.  Mischievous Mr. Ing grabbed the van keys and put on the alarm (or the car siren thing majiggy).  All you can hear is BEEEP BEEEP BEEP.  Oh, what about Plankton?  Well she ran as fast as she can acting all innocent while all the leadership kids and Mr. Ing was laughing at her.  That is Laila's leadership moment".  LOLK i know I like to make it all dramatic and put it in italicization, that's how special it was to me.  So yaah that is my leadership moment x)  That was the first time I heard Mr. Ing laughing so hard.  Yup, first time....
  Okay so a lot of things went well on the retreat (activity).  Okay yes the Hide 'n' Seek went well ^__^.  Also the food and the drinks.  The food was delicious, Mr. Ing is a good cook... never expected that but thanks Mr. Ing and Shayna and Jolene.  The planning for the other quarters went well too!  We had good ideas, it seemed like we were ready for the upcoming events. The beach was good.  To be honest that is a good beach, it's safe (kinda lol), it's clean, and the sand is super ooper dooper ooper soft.  oh yaah never ever swim with Bretman, he'll push you...  I got some cuts because of that -.-  It's fun doee.  
 Oh don't go thinking that retreat went all good.... no it didn't.  I want to bring up one thing, the sleeping schedule was messed up!  You know this girl gotta sleep, if I don't sleep I don't feel good.  I also didn't like my bad hair day x),bwuhahhahaaha.  For me there was a little bit if drama during the retreat...  Okay but anyways I didn't like waking up early, and the changing of the schedule. I got confused.  Even we need to know our nighttime activities because it was just a fail :/
  A way to make the activity better is to just make sure everything is ready!  I didn't really think we were as surely ready for the retreat but hey, it's been five years since Mr. Ing had a overnight     activity, we just need to be ready!  Oh yeah and we need to know our nightitme activities!  We didn't know whuuut to do!  It was just a faiil (just saying).  All I can say is BE READY.
  My overall feeling for this activity is special.  WE NEED TO BE READY DOOE.  But anyways why I think this activity is special is that Mr. Ing trusted us and was ready to have a overnight activity.  He said whenever other former leadership students asked him if they can have an overnight activity he would say no.  I thought this was a once in a life time opportunity for me, it was a one life time activity...
