2.19-2.22

Hey bloggers!  Well this week has been a good week...  I guess.  But anyways a lot happened!  Yesterday I had my interview for leadership!  I was so nervous.  I wish I can go back in time and say the things I really wanted to say.  I made a few mistakes in my talent but yeknow you gotta keep moving forward!  I HOPE I get in again <3  I honestly like being in leadership because there's something that keeps me busy and I feel like I'm actually doing something.

Science-  In science, we finished working on the worksheets.  We kinda finished the worksheets and the presentations.  Now we have to do a group project -.- On an animal & it's habitat.  We have to make a presentation board and yenoo present it x)  I only have one partner.  Her name is Adriene and she is really smart!  I actually like my partner and I hope we get our work done.  I trust her even for personal things & she trusts me too.  Anyways, our animal is the "Amazon River Dolphin" or as known as the "Boto".  LOL.  I don't think it's funny but when we first found out about we were like shocked.  She asked Mrs. Hudson about it and Mrs. Hudson was like "At least we don't call eachother 'boto'heads."  She was so loud that the whole class could hear it!  Now all we gotta do is print stuff, posterboard, and yeah.  Next week, all we are doing is labs.

Math-  In math, we mostly did reviews on what we learned in 1st Qtr. and 2nd Qtr.  Our work is pretty much easy!  For the past two weeks I've been lacking on my 20 by 20.  I was at 10 or 11 minutes but now I'm at 16 minutes!  UGGH.  But then I'm getting back on track.  I asked Mr. Shim where I was messing up and he told me and showed me a new method.  I got pretty good!  I practiced all night x).  Then one day I was at 9 minutes.  He was shocked *_* lol.  But yeah, good things happened.  Next week, we are taking the HSA.

AVID-  In AVID, we did critical reading but now in a new article.  It's called "When the Waster is Nuclear".  We have to make the summary now.  But it was so funny in AVID x).  We had socratic seminar and it was pretty good and fun!  In the end of socratic seminar was so funny!  So there's this girl name Loryn.  She was pencil tapping and Mrs. Wert told her "Stop with that" then she stopped looked at Mrs. Wert and started pencil tapping again!  LOL I cannot!  Especially when we did would you rather.  One person asked "Would You Rather, Die in hell? or get an Exorcism?"  Then we were all like "Exorcism!!!".  Here comes this boy name Max demonstrating an exorcism.  TOO FUNNY!  I couldn't breathe!  LOL.  But then someone also asked "Would you rather eat your own poop? Or.... (long pause)".  Then I come out of nowhere "or eat your own tampon".  I just bursted out saying that. That was so digusting!  Then Mrs. Wert made a face x)  LOL.  But good times in AVID.

English-  In English, we had an exam.  Then she assigned us this CD project.  ALOT OF WRITING.  I say the exam was easy but we still have to do the other part of the exam -.-  It's a writing part too!  Because the other part was just multiple choice.  But yeaah.  We also did this poetic device thing on "Goldilocks and the Three Bears" x) TOO FUNNY.  But also she gave us two poems.  One was "Red Velvet Cake".  It was so interesting, never knew the poem would be like that.

Social Studies-  In social studies, we did the same old worksheets.  Now we have to do a lot of writing -.-  I don't want to talk about it.

Leadership-  In leadership, we went around the school to demonstrate how to dress up for spirit week.  We didn't do Polka Dot day because we didn't have time on Wednesday.  But Period Six has received a message from Mr. Ing...  Idk if we can fix the problem if we just have dead conversations.  It's not the period six I saw before.  I trust every one of them but I don't think we are a group anymore.  I wish we could fix it.  We may not be as close but we need to get our work done.  I understand now.  On Thursday, during period six Trixie made us sit down in a circle.  Then Bret revealed something and it really changes my emotions toward Bret.  I understand now.  It's alright.  It's hard to fix things.  It's hard to forgive someone when they hurt you so much and bad memories come back and just poisons your mind.  I get it.  But we just have to work together.  I feel like we aren't there for eachother.  I know we can talk to eachother.  I know we can help eachother.  I know we can do it.  Just please Period Six....  Let's solve this problem!  I want to hear the laughter, joy, and happiness again.  Before I always looked forward to going to Perid Six but now I'm not.  It's just dead silence and do this, do that, and it's over.  On Monday, we have to solve our problems.
