Jan 28- Feb 2

Hey guyss!  January went by so fast *__*  It February and Valentine's Day is coming up -.-  I don't need a valentine...  PFFT.  Anyways this week went by well for me, I felt more on task and getting my work done on time and stuffff.  In leadership, the seventh grade officers (I'm the treasurer) started to plan out 8th grade graduation and the planner cover!  Can't wait! I can finally get the leader feel.  BTW.  It's SUperbowl Tomorrow! WOOT-WOOT!!!

Period one- In science we are working on...  Worksheets and still that survivor activity thingy that I hate but I just have to work on my humanoid and come back to her so she can give me more points.

Period two-  In math we worked on transformations.  We had a substitute and her name was Ms. Aimoto (sp).  She was funny and fun and I liked her.  We learned translations on a coordinate plan and the was pretty easy.

Period three- In AVID we had tutorial, Philosophical Chairs, and Critical Reading.  In philosophical chairs the statement was if teachers should assign student homework.  Critical Reading was about hearing damage because of music .__.

Period four-  In English we worked on Cornell notes and worksheets.  Like she would give us a song lyrics and we had to annotate and identify the poetic devices.

Period five-  In social studies we finished the movie "Picture Bride".  Then we had to work on a group project and we had to make a poster board and presentation about each immigrant group.  I wanted FOUR people in a group so I could work with people I ACTUALLY KNOW.  But no I have to be partnered up with the quiet kids but one of them is smart ^_^ lol.  So our immigrant group is the Portuguese..  wasn't reaally expecting that.

Period six-  In leadership we did the usual sit down and do work or take pictures of classes and stuff.  We even practice our orientation dance and we have to work on Sugar Sugar and Want You Back because I think we don't even have a choreography...  It's more like walking around looking pretty....  Just to be honest....  But I think Walking on Sunshine is a pretty good dance.
