Spirit Week Blog
Hey blogger! So this blog is going to be about Spirit week.... Anyways overall I think spirit week went out pretty good, I'd never know we actually survived this week. For the five dressouts I think that we could do better. For Pre 1950s I think we could of done better on that dress out but it was a little dead... I don't know why but I think its maybe because people don't know how to dress like 1950s lol. For polka dot day I think people did a better job on participating on that day but does polka dot fabric count as cheating? x) LOL. Mr Shim was passing out polka dot fabric that's why... Yes I finally revealed the truth. On Aloha Attire the numbers were progressing... Alot of students were participating in this one. Military day! Oh Military day! Military day improved ALOOT. More students were dressing out and some dress outs were pretty fancy :3 I saw these twins and they had like a whole military outfit! Team color day was the best! Ilima looked as colorful as can be! I'm tired of seeing blue -,- I LOVED how team 7-3 had our own Ilima tshirts :3 Pretty awesome. But the things that were pretty negative were some bad sportsmanship. Some people were very competitive and I don't think the dress outs went full on. I honestly think that polka dot fabric isnt really a polka dot. I honestly think some of leadership's dressout pretty sucked... I want to say mines sucked too. Some dressouts weren't even the dressout they were supposed to do!
If I were to take two days out it would be polka dot day and pre 1950s. I didn't really like those dressouts cause I think students wont really communicate. I would replace them with plaid day and idk.... Pajama day? lololool. Yeah I would replace it with that. 4 mini activities can be connect four, worksheets, worksheets, worksheets.. LOL I can't think of any but I know there is some activities out there.. Oh how bout hangman and riddles? x) Pop quizzes?
For the major activities we can do a scavenger hunt :p
We had some problems like lack of communication, selfishness, and confusion. I've learned alot. Just knowing these problems and seeing the effect it takes on leadership, I've learned. We can avoid these problems by knowing our responsibilities! Also ask necessary questions! We have to learn how to plan and organize. We should be ready like actually ready!
