The Second Week of Leadership ☼
Hey bloggers! So I'm back.. This might be a kinda short blog... So I'm sorry about that -.-
This week... well was interesting. What we pretty much did is we went through the jobs. We had to make a sketch on a yearbook theme lol and mines was horrible ^_^ But it's alright... LOL. But we worked on ID's, TV, and music. Then we had some interviews throughout the week and we pretty much ran into some problems. We also got our first assignment! Which was bio-cubes! I was waiting for this day lol. I've made some mistakes but I've learned from them. For example, when we were working on the bio-cubes and we had to switch I didn't tell them to go.. Especially when we weren't watching them and the blade got lost. Someone could of gotten hurt and the group leaders we're responsible. But I've learned my lesson. We mostly got through the jobs and some of us improved on the jobs which is excellent ;D And we finally finished the master calendar, good job Jahlyssa. We had some successes and failures throughout the week.. Hopefully next week will be better (SCHEDULE PICKUP WEEK. WOOT WOOT)
The highlight of my week was Khrizz's interview. I was asking her a lot of questions, it's weird because I'm her best friend. But I wanted to make sure what she has been putting herself into. I wanted to know if she knows what she was doing. LOL. But another highlight of the week is when we went to pizza hut. It was so fun! We got to bond and the food was delicious, we also went to the park which was sooo fun. It's nice to know that we are getting closer and closer everyday. I've been getting addicted to Arizona lately and the straw thing XD DANNG.. Korey is the trendsetter here in leadership lmfao
What I've learned this week is that I am now a group leader. I have to lead a group no matter how small or big... I have to step out of my comfort zone and lead. be responsible for the group. I've also learned some things from the interview. Which is negativity is the hardest thing a leader faces. Yes, I let negativity get to and that isn't really good. That is one of my obstacles but I'm still learning to overcome it. I'm not ready or I'm not used to being a leader because I feel like I'm doing everything wrong... And that's not good. But I will have to learn one day and one day I'll get it right.
REMINDER: GET A DECORATION FOR THE TABLE.
